From intimate private dinners in the Brick Room to large-scale productions in the Courtyard, Andrea’s meticulous eye for detail ensures that every event is seamlessly executed. She serves as the primary point of contact for all private inquiries, turning your vision into a tailored Ybor experience.

JPRE Development is a Tampa-based firm specializing in urban revitalization, historic preservation, and mixed-use projects, with a focus and passion for Ybor City. Through its joining with The Bricks, the JPRE team provides support, ensuring the bar and restaurant thrive as a vibrant community gathering place while preserving the neighborhood’s unique character. The team is led by Joshua Pardue, who moved to Ybor in the early 2000s to attend USF, worked in Ybor Hospitality while he began renovating properties, and was proud to be among the first guests at The Bricks over 15 years ago.
